Refund policy

At NVE Creations, I take pride in my handmade products and aim to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. Please read the return policy carefully before making a purchase.

• No Change of Mind Returns – I do not accept returns for change of mind. Please choose carefully.
• Faulty or Damaged Items – If your item arrives faulty or damaged, you must notify me within 7 days of receiving your order to be eligible for a return or refund.
• Return Shipping – Customers are responsible for return postage costs.
• Replacement Items – If a replacement item is sent, NVE Creations will cover the cost of shipping the new item to you.
• Refunds – Refunds are available for items that are broken, faulty, or damaged upon arrival. Postage of original order will not be refunded. 
• Item doesn't fit - Please measure your items carefully. All information is shown on the items description. Each item has been tested on my tester bedding. If you aren't satisfied please contact me to discuss further. 
• Underwear can not be refunded or returned under any circumstance.
