Refund policy

At NVE Creations, I take pride in our handmade products and aim to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. Please read the return policy carefully before making a purchase.

• No Change of Mind Returns – I do not accept returns for change of mind. Please choose carefully.
• Faulty or Damaged Items – If your item arrives faulty or damaged, you must notify me within 7 days of receiving your order to be eligible for a return or refund.
• Return Shipping – Customers are responsible for return postage costs.
• Replacement Items – If a replacement item is sent, NVE Creations will cover the cost of shipping the new item to you.
• Refunds – Refunds are available for items that are broken, faulty, or damaged upon arrival. Postage of original order will not be refunded.
